Hi, I’m Lindsay, a self-employed stylist located inside Universal Beauty Salon in Dandridge, TN. I’m passionate about creating beautiful, confidence-boosting hair while providing a comfortable, welcoming experience for every guest who sits in my chair. Whether you’re wanting a subtle refresh or a full transformation, my goal is to listen to your vision and bring it to life with care and attention to detail. As an independent stylist, your appointment time is reserved just for you. Because of this, I have a cancellation policy in place: appointments not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, as well as no-call/no-show appointments, will be charged 40% of the scheduled service total. Cancellation Policy
You must cancel at least 24 hours before appointment time or there will be 40% cancellation fee, there is a 15 minute grace period if you exceed the 15 minutes of arrival time you will be charged 40% of your service and be considered a no call no show. If you are a no call no show you will be required to pay a 20% deposit before being able to rebook.
